This Kosher Spatchcock Marinated Chicken Dinner includes all your favorites. Marinated Spatchcock Chicken, Matzoh Balls, and your choice of sweet noodle or potato kugel!

This package serves 4 people and includes:

1 Marinated Spatchcock Chicken, your choice (4 lbs.)
12 Matzoh Balls (each 2")
Chicken Soup (32 oz.)
2 Rozendorff Challahs
1 lb. tray of Kugel

Instructions / Storage

Ships Frozen with dry ice.
Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
Upon arrival immediately place in the freezer until ready to thaw and cook.
May be kept frozen for up to 6 months.

To Serve

Chicken

Remove the backbone by cutting along each side with kitchen shears or a knife.
Flatten the chicken by pressing down on the breastbone.
Rub the chicken with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the chicken, skin-side up, on a baking sheet.
Roast for 35-45 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Slice and enjoy!

Kugel

Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove the lid.
Heat from frozen at 350 degrees for 40 minutes uncovered.

Matzoh Balls

From Frozen
- Place frozen Matzah Balls in boiling soup for 45 minutes and cover.
From Thawed
- Place Thawed Matzah Balls in boiling soup for 15 minutes and cover
